I have already donated 700+ coins, will my character receive a discount or not?

1) Where is link to personal cabinet? I couldn't find it on the website. 2) When the donate shop will be expanded? 3) How about adding class change/profession reset to a donate shop or personal cabinet? 4) Fenice Coin refills at a discount - how is this going to work against already donated coins? will it be considered in discount % calculations? How it will be tied to a character? By nickname, character or account?
